May 14, 2022 · Hi guys I have a 2013 maxxforce 13 prostar I just had the oil changed 2-3000 miles ago and the oil pressure while going down the road at 70mph(1500 rpm) is at 40-43psi at 220°. Is this normal? At idle it idles at 20 psi around 200°. It has 640k miles and I'm using rotella 15w-40 with one gallon of Lucas. Is it safe to drive at 40psi hot?
